I did not get to sign the journal in the room, so I am signing the guestbook. My family and I (Carolyn, Jerry, Justin and Billy Renck from Louisville, KY) just got back from a wonderful week staying in 9B. We have been to the Sandpiper several times but this is the first time in 9B. The accomodations were wonderful. We really enjoyed the condo. The furnishings, especially the living room, were beautiful. We cannot wait for our vacation next year.

hi everyone, just got back to st louis mo. we had a great time in 9b. very comfortable condo, we felt right at home. our 1st time there so i cant tell you whats changed but the beach is beautiful. the pool and complex are in great shape. there are still some unoccupied damaged houses along the road but most are cleared and leveled or repaired. lots of construction, some new hi rises are being built.
my sons 20 and 17 went parasailing and loved it. we did a charter for deep sea fishing and caught some king mackeral. we gocarted at the track and played put put golf. we went dolphin cruising. and oh yes we played and layed on the beach. beautiful weather, no rain, the week started in the upper 80's and ended around 95. we plan on returning next year.

Hello! My mom went down to the condo last week and said the beach looks beautiful! She also said that they were in the process of replacing some of the landscaping around the pool and common area. I can't wait to see the new plants. Actually, I just want to see the beach and pool later this summer.

To answer some of your questions about the pool.........The pool was fine in November. People were using it everyday we were there. The construction people told us the beach would be finished in Spring.
